By installing and using the ChatFolders Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Extension.
ChatFolders is a Chrome browser extension that allows you to organize conversations on supported AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok) into folders. The Extension provides both free and premium subscription tiers.
The Extension offers a free tier with limited features and a Premium subscription with additional capabilities. Premium features include unlimited folders, sub-folders, search, export/import, and unified view.
Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Your folder organization data is stored locally in your browser. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

The Extension, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ChatFolders. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all versions of supported AI platforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatFolders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of access to AI platform conversations.
The Extension interacts with third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT by OpenAI, Claude by Anthropic, Gemini by Google, Grok by xAI). We are not affiliated with these platforms and are not responsible for their availability, terms, or content.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Extension or on this page. Your continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Premium features if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from Chrome.
