This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for ChatFolders Premium subscriptions. It supplements Section 4 of our Terms of Service.
ChatFolders offers the following paid plans:
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We review each request individually, taking into account the reason for the request, the length of time since purchase, and the extent of use of Premium features.
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but is not the same as a refund. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to Premium features until that period ends. If you also want a refund for the current period, please submit a refund request separately.

We aim to respond to refund requests within a reasonable period after receiving the required information. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on this page. Your continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
